Okay, I have good and bad news for you guys. The good news is Penelope Cruz looks amazing in her black feathered Marchesa off-the-shoulders mermaid dress.
The bad news is she is still wearing black!
I am not a fan of her childish ponytail because it's just not sophisticated enough for this silhouette.
I am just delighted that finally she is not boring me to tears.
