To my surprise Melanie Brown is the winner this week. Her ensemble wasn't offensive nor hideous. She looked gorgeous in this Zuhair Murad blush and pewter pleated twist front bodice dress and the lace cap sleeves are magical. This is just one example how fashion rehab can change a D-list celebrity life!
Beyonce and Solange were in Tokyo promoting Samantha Thavasa's handbags. I am sure Beyonce agreed to do this so Solange can get some type of endorsement since her album bombed. Beyonce is rocking Herve Leger and Solange is rocking who knows what and who cares at this point. Beyonce's hair is getting bigger everyday!
